After doing a lot of research on ontek, We bought this bike as a gift for my grandson's birthday. The product was delivered as per the time mentioned and it came in excellent packaging (double cartoon box with proper packing). A few parts were to be assembled and with the instruction booklet, it was very easy to fix for us. The bike is stable in use and holds the weight in proportion. The make of the product is sturdy and strong. The quality of the bike body is good. The music system was functioning properly except for the pen drive option, when we enquired with the vendor, he guided us on how to set it up. The price is also very competitive and much lower than the local toy shop. We are very much happy with the product. Moreover, my grandson loves the product very much.
