This is power, the double springs really help with keeping the tight tension as you stretch it during exercises. The grip is a little hard on the hands due to the tight springs, but helps with building strength in your wrists at the same time. Would suggest using some form of support gloves as it does dig into your hands. Overall though it’s a great piece of equipment and there are videos available to watch for exercises on YouTube.

It's a good quality foosball table to play with kids at home. Not the strongest but reasonable quality for this price. The handlebars could have been stronger though. The screws keep getting loose once in few plays but it's to tighten them. My son absolutely loves this game and is a good addition to the set of games at home.
