1. Who Is Theontek.com?

1.1 Revogue , a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at First Floor, 84 670, Motilal Nagar No.03, Nr Dalud Show Room,Goregaon, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India 400104 ("Company"), operates www.theontek.com which inter alia facilitates the purchase of electronics, toys,Cycles  and such other products sold by the Company under the ‘theontek’ brand ("Products") to the users of the Platforms ("Users")

All Below Issues Must Be Informed To Us By 24 Hours After Receiving the Product at our support email address [email protected] or on our whattsapp no 7208204541 with appropriate Unboxing video and images .

2.Terms Of Returns And Refund

 

2.1.Exchange :  Exchange is only acceptable in case of manufacturing defects or damages happens in shipping The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 1 days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product. (attributable to, and accepted by Anassouq after due verification at its sole discretion)

 2.2.Cancellation After Ordering  : we accept the cancellation if receiver informed us on the same date of order date . 

 2.3.Wrong product : we will replace or refund for same , Customer must send us the product with the original packing at our registered address

 2.4.Damage : If the User found damaged in the purchased Product received from Ontek, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Anassouq after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product.

2.5  Dont Like The Product / Or Find Quality :  If receiver Dont Like The Product In This Case We Dont Accept The Return Or Refund We Request You Please Read Carefully Our Return And Refund Policy Before Buying Any

 

 

 

 3.Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Theontek if:

          3.1 The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If Theontek is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, Theontek shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;

          3.2 The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;

          3.3 The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Theontek records;

          3..4 The accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, Remote, user manuals, etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;

          3..5 There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;

          3..6 In the case of electronics, if the Products sought to be returned are not sealed in the poly jiffy bag provided by Theontek

         3.7 The gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used or defect; or

         3.8 Theontek is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.

         3.9 Theontek shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any such Products that may be specified by Theontek From time to time.

4.How do I return?

4.1 The product must be bought from our official website https://www.theontek.com/, Kindly email us at [email protected] with complete details.

4.2 The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.

4.3 Theontek.com  reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User

5.How To Communicate For Returns And Refund 

5.1      Return and Refund shall only be communicated via registered email address within 24 hours. [email protected]

5.2      Please send us the product images with description elaborating the issue

5.3      Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact, no water damage and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies with the confirmation email. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

5.4      Kindly send the product back to our registered address

6. How soon will I get my refund?

6.1      Once your return request is received. Our Return Team inspects the returned product thoroughly; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your       returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or the cost that may incurred if the product doesn’t fall under manufacturing defect.If Approved We Will Send refund within 7 working days 

6.2      If the product is eligible for refund or replacement, we will communicate the same via registered email id

      


7.How Will You Refund If Product Purchase On Cod ?

7.1      If Product is purchase under COD will ask you for your bank account details and refund you on the same account withing 7 working days after receiving the product

7.2      If Product is purchase under Via Payment Gateway we will refund to same account through payment gateway withing 7 working days after receiving the product
